My family excluding my mother and my father have been fighting over my great grandma estate since she died. My mother and father has been staying out of it and don’t care how much receive from it since my great grandma didn’t approve of fighting like this. Now my uncle has been trying to get my mother to give him her participate in by trying to trick her to sign documents and other things. Then last night my aunt called my mother and told her that they found out that my spring had a phone account under my great grandma name. She trying to that there lawyer is saying my great grandma wasn’t in her right mind and that the kind of she did was identity theft and that she can go to jail. Now my mother has made regular payment on that phone bill and canceled it there was only 100 dollars left on it.Now instead of taking that out of the money she would recieve there trying to threaten her with jail. Is this really identity theft or is this another reason for me to ***** my aunt and uncle thought open.
