About Identity Theft

I recently lost my online gaming account (Don’t ask =[ ) because I compromised it by some “former” friends. Basically, I hang out with with erroneously crowd and I’ve learned my lesson.
The thing is, my online gaming account had my name and address on it. Nothing else really, the credit card numbers are blocked out. Now I’m just wondering, will the living body with my account be able to use this information to impersonate me? I’m just very paranoid about this.
